courses in Japan and France. Has been president of the Eletrobras,
Director of Itaipu Binational, Executive Secretary of the
Coordinating Group of Electrical Systems Planning and member
of the board of Eletrobras, Cerj, Cepisa and ONS.
At Eletrobras was also head of the Energy Planning and Generation
Department. His technical studies have been published in many
specialized magazines. Represented Brazil in the Regional Electrical
Integration Comission and in the Atomic Energy International
Agency.

Euclides Girolamo Scalco

Former Chief Minister of the General Secretary of Civilian
Household of the Presidence of the Republic, has a graduate
degree in Pharmaceutics with courses in Economy (Lebret Institute –
France) and Agrary Economy (Catholic University of Louvain –
Belgium). Was also the Brazilian Head Director of Itaipu Binational,
Coordinator of the Emergency Energy Comsumption Control Programme
at the Energy Crisis Management, Member of the board of Eletrobras,
Gaspetro and Perec Companc (Argentina) . Had a City Council
seat and was Federal State Representative and Senator Deputy.

Juarez Quadros do Nascimento

Former Minister of Communications. He is an electrical
engineer. Over the years, he has served in a great number
of increasingly responsible positions. He is regular contributor
to the important newspapers in Brazil and author of several
articles published in specialist telecommunication magazines
and books. He is member of the Board of Embraer.
In the Ministry of Communications he was also the Execuvite
Secretary, Licenses and Enforcement Secretary and Director
of Public Services Department. He was a member of the Board
of Directors of Telebras. He was
also member of the Board of ECT (Brazil's Post), Telerj,
Telesp and Embratel.

Telecommunications Engineer holds a Master’s Degree in
Economic Engineering, Industrial Administration and Financial
Administration, with specialization courses in Canada, Japan
and Spain. Was advisor for Industrial affairs for the Ministry
of Communications and Director of the CRT while under Anatel
intervention. Was Division Manager at the Telebras, Chief
of Regional Operations at the Telerj was Chief of Regional
Operations, Also worked on Construtel, Nortel and Odebrecht.

Ronaldo Rangel de Albuquerque Sá

Telecommunications Engineer, was President of the Telebras,
President of the CRT while under Anatel intervention and Secretary
of Radio Broadcasting Services. Was Secretary of Radio Frequency
and Director of Frequency Management at the Ministry of Communications
and president of the CRT while under Anatel intervention.
Was also a member of the International Telecommunications Union
representing Brazil.
